There are not enough good things to say about Compound Fitness, Sarah, Tara and the whole Compound team! I was never a gym person, but Compound has made me into one. I've never been consistent with working out or making it to the gym. Joining Compound Fitness changed my relationship with working out, and my whole mentality when it came to just showing up. There are so many classes throughout the week to attend or 24/7 access. All of the coaches are encouraging and helpful. I didn't know how to work out, or even use equipment and that all changed for me in a short time! Originally all I cared about was losing weight, but so many other things changed for me. My body is stronger, my mental health is better - this is by far the best gym for anyone just starting out or someone who is feeling super itimidated to just step through the door. Highly recommend!
